>

Book your place
  • 14th – 15th September 2027
  • Crowne Plaza, Gerrards Cross, London
  • Two days, with overnight accommodation included.
  • Early-bird tickets from £750 + VAT

Step away from day-to-day demands. Work through real workforce challenges with experienced peers. Leave with clearer priorities and practical actions.

Why this Residency?

As tasks, roles and ways of working change, learning leaders face important choices: what should we rethink, what must remain human, and how do we help people build the capability to perform?

The Impact Residency gives you time to examine those choices with senior peers, test ideas against your organisational reality and work towards a credible response.

What you will leave with

  • Clearer priorities for responding to AI’s impact on work and workforce capability.

  • Practical ideas tested against your organisation’s challenges.

  • Peer challenge to strengthen your thinking and next steps.

  • A clearer view of the human capabilities your organisation needs to develop.

  • A practical 90-day commitment to take back into the business.

Across two days, we will explore four connected questions:

  1. What work should change and what must remain human?

  2. What will people need to do well in an AI-enabled organisation?

  3. How will people build capability in the flow of changing work?

  4. How do we turn AI-enabled change into sustained performance?

The detailed programme and delivery partners will be announced as they are confirmed.

How the Residency works

This is an interactive experience, not a series of presentations. Expert input creates the starting point; discussion, challenge and application help you work out what it means for your organisation.

Before

A delegate survey and pre-event insight pack help surface the questions that matter to the group.

During

Practical workshops, facilitated peer discussions, coaching conversations and action-learning clinics create space to test ideas and work through live challenges.

Taking it back

A practical 90-day commitment gives you a clear focus for applying your thinking after the Residency.

Who you will be joining you

Particularly relevant if you are navigating AI’s implications for roles and skills, rethinking how people learn through work, or seeking practical peer challenge on your organisation’s response.
