Where Learning Leaders Move Thinking Forward

CLO100 events bring ambitious in-house learning leaders together to explore the issues shaping their organisations, their profession and their leadership.

01

Built around meaningful exchange

Thoughtful spaces for the conversations that matter.

Across the year, we create opportunities for members and, at selected events, invited non-members, to exchange practical insight, build valuable peer relationships and strengthen their influence beyond the L&D function.

From informal member conversations to invitation-only executive forums, every CLO100 event is designed to be relevant, thoughtful and participant-led.

01 · Curated conversation

Executive Breakfast Briefings

Our Executive Breakfast Briefings take place alongside major industry gatherings, including the Festival of Work, Learning Technologies and World of Learning.

They offer a smaller, more focused space for senior learning leaders to step away from the noise of the main event, connect with peers and explore a live strategic issue over breakfast.

02 · Invitation only

Exclusive
Roundtables

CLO100 Roundtables are invitation-only conversations for senior in-house learning leaders.

Each session focuses on a timely strategic issue, from responsible AI adoption and leadership development to capability strategy, organisational transformation and demonstrating business impact.

03 · Member only

Member Meetups

CLO100 Member Meetups are informal, member-only opportunities to connect with fellow learning leaders.

Whether virtual or in person, these sessions create space to share what is happening in your organisation, explore challenges openly, gain fresh perspectives and build relationships with peers who understand the realities of leading learning.

04 · Immersive exchange

Forums &
Residencies

Our Forums and Residencies bring together a small group of senior learning leaders for a more immersive experience.

Over one or two days, participants work through strategically aligned, commercially focused themes in a confidential peer environment. The format combines expert challenge, practical discussion, reflection and collaborative problem-solving, helping leaders step back from day-to-day delivery and focus on the decisions that will shape their impact.

05 · Wherever you are

Virtual Events

Throughout the year, CLO100 hosts interactive virtual events for members and selected guests. From informal peer meetups and executive conversations to panel discussions and practical exchanges, these sessions help learning leaders stay connected, explore live challenges and gain fresh insight without the need to travel.
