How the process works

  1. Registration: Complete the short registration form below and select your payment method.

  2. Access to Membership: You will be granted CLO100 membership regardless of your Experience Assessment status. You’ll be directed to the CLO Lounge, our membership digital hub to set up your profile.

  3. Experience Assessment Application: You will be invited to formally apply for one of the levels that best matches your experience and leadership scope (Select from ACLO™, MCLO™ or FCLO™). At this stage you will also be able to upload your supporting document (like a strategy deck or board report etc.). Please note that for MCLO™ and FCLO™ applications this will include an endorsement from your line manager or another senior business leader. FCLO™ applications will also be invited to a ‘Professional Conversation’ with a member of CLO100 or the advisory board.

  4. The Review: Our peer-led assessment board evaluates your submission against our four-pillar scorecard (Commercial Acumen, Strategic Alignment, Evidence of Impact and Leadership Reflection). Please allow 3-7 business days for your application to be reviewed.

  5. The Award: Upon success, you are granted the right to use your CLO100 post-nominals, signalling your status as an elite practitioner. You will also receive a membership digital badge with your post-nominals displayed.
